Mondglanz Eichenfeld has been leading the school of the direct path to Gerasim alongside Anastasius Silverhair since 1008 BF. She is the daughter of Calaya Fogsong, the first elven academy director.
Everyone here is both a student and a teacher. We learn to understand each other, whether elf or human, and we teach others to understand us with tolerance and patience. Therein lies the secret of Gerasim: understanding. Strangers often wonder how a human can live in a wood elf tree house in the treetops with elves as neighbors; or an elf in a home made of baked stone in the Travia League with a human woman and children who belong to both peoples. We Gerasimers wonder how peoples elsewhere live side by side without communicating with each other.
