The Svellt is navigable only to Norhus, but it’s just a days march along the Svellt from there to Tjolmar.
RORWHED
It’s said that Servants of the Nameless One have settled there.
The Orcs have supposedly nested Rorwhed somewhere as well. They’d fit right in with the other scum at large in there.
SALAMANDER STONE
If you want to go into the Salamander Stones, there is a path from Norhus across the Thornwater to Kvirasim. But you can take a substantial shortcut, if you cross the Rorwhed mountains instead.
