Zwerg Wiedergänger / Undead Dwarf

With few exceptions, undead are creatures summoned by mages, dead bodies that have been unnaturally reanimated. As a rule, these beings are under the influence of their summoner. From time to time, however, the undead will evade the will of their summoner, usually to turn against him and all other living beings. Often the soul from the afterlife returns to its former body to punish the outrage. Revenants, on the other hand, are people (or other beings) who have died and cannot find peace, inspired by an important task that they failed to complete while they were alive (revenge an enemy, a final visit to the loved one, a important message not delivered). The will of these souls is so strong that they can even defy Boron. Revenants usually do not face the heroes as enemies, it may be the case that they depend on their help. In this way, your own little (or big) adventure can develop. While there have never been any reports of undead elves, there are dwarves, orcs, goblins and ogres alongside humans who roam the lands as undead, whereas revenants are only known to be humans, elves, dwarves and orcs.

A revenant's stats are roughly the same as those it possessed as a living person, but they steadily decrease over time because the body's decay cannot be stopped. When unable to move or make themselves understood, they transform into a Shackled Soul.
