Ogre

The ogre names are as simple as the mind of these dumb cannibals. If they have a name at all, then only a given name. This is often borrowed from the language of the orcs, for example when they serve the black-furs as a war ogre. Some take their names from humans and take a liking to them, and still others simply call themselves after what their victims repeatedly cry out when they set eyes on them.
Only the rare black ogres of the south are said to be wiser. They know the meaning of the name and therefore usually choose it consciously.
